If you wanted the power of tuning spreadsheets in a simple, fast interface here’s a starting point! I spent my holiday coding up a demo version of the iPhone app. Finally, a way for you to get a quick tune from your desktop or laptop!
This is quicker and easier to use than anything else available online. Check it out and if you have an iOS device be sure to download the free or paid versions to your iPhone, iPod touch or iPad. Both apps have many more features than this demo…

hi this thing freakin rocks but i think it would be good if you could download the full version over the internet aswell this will help alot of people who dont have i phones
Thanks Nick. I would like to keep improving the desktop version–I wanted to get a first version out there and see how people like it. Then go from there!
The gearing app needs a setting for the number of gears. For example, I’m tuning a Lexus IS350 for Nurburgring and it only has 5 gears, but the gearing app returns gear ratios for 6 gears. Also, there are cars (the Veyron, for example) that have 7 gears.
Secondly, the front-weight distribution differs between the Y-toggle in the garage and what is reported when going through the stats via the X button. Which one should we use?
This is a great app, so much easier then getting the comp out every time. In the next update can you put a switch between metric and imperial tho, otherwise i have to get the comp out again which defeats the purpose
For future reference there is support in both paid and free versions for metric settings (desktop app is imperial only).
hi could you make a mac version of the paid app for the mac app store
hmm…didn’t think about that. Good suggestion. Anyone else interested?
Is the desktop tuning app specifically FM3 or does it (like the i phone version) have FM2 tunes as well?
Just FM3 tunes for the desktop app–that’s a good question and I should probably make it clearer! Thanks.
