The latest update to ForzaTune Pro v6.3.0 is now available on the App Store and Google Play. This update will benefit players of Forza Horizon 5 or Forza Motorsport.
What’s in the Update?
The update includes the latest Series 30 and Chinese Lucky Stars Car Pack vehicles for Forza Horizon 5. Look for FM Car Pass additions soon too.
New Track Layout: Nordschleife
When making a tune, you can select “Nurburgring – Nordschleife”. This will give you a tune automatically tailored to one of the most demanding tracks in the world, which is part of Motorsport’s Update 5.
Tuning Changes for Motorsport
Version 6.3.0 adjusts the ride and roll stiffness for certain cars in Forza Motorsport. You will notice the effects especially on lower and higher-class cars. The result? Improved compliance, responsiveness and grip that you’ll feel in the turns no matter what type of car you’re building.
A special thanks to players like Steven M. and several others. They helped narrow down where recent changes in 6.1.0 and 6.2.0 were making setups too stiff.
You may notice a few small changes to the look and feel of the app:
- Roll Stiffness Slider: the roll stiffness slider will give you a 1:1 percentage adjustment to ARB values in FM tunes. So selecting 125% will make the ARBs 25% stiffer.
- Labels: many areas of the input fields use regular case instead of all caps to keep the “noise” down.
- Vehicle Search: you’ll notice improved responsiveness when you’re typing into the vehicle search bar.
- Tire Aspect Ratios: Thanks to Forza player Mike for numerous suggestions including allowing for tire aspect ratios greater than 100.
Your feedback has been key to making ForzaTune Pro work well for as many people and cars as possible. Please feel free to share future suggestions here.
Look for more updates in the next week or two including FM car pass additions and a few other surprises. If you don’t have a copy of ForzaTune, get the free version or the pro version here. Happy tuning!
